"I called [name] and he actually answered the phone (a lot of the other companies used a call service). The next day [name] came over and took a look my parent's house and got all of the info we needed. He also was super knowledgeable and answered all the questions my family and I had. Later that day he called and gave us an offer on the house. It was a very reasonable offer considering all of the work we would have to do in order to get the house ready for the market and home inspections. Not only did they not need to do an home inspection, they also said whatever stuff we didn't want to keep, we could leave it in the house. They would donate stuff that was usable and throw out anything that wasn't. This was a huge weight off my family's shoulders as we didn't know what to do with 41 years of stuff."
