"We were not sure about selling and if so, do we remodel before hand or use a realtor. We decided to contacted [name] to come out and give us some ideas of how his company works. He was very helpful and polite. He gave us all the details we needed to make our decision. He was very easy to work with and made a deal we could not pass up. [name] was very knowledgeable of the plan and over all scope of work he would be doing with the house. While we waited for our settlement date, We worked with him to meet a few times. This was not necessary but worked to benefit us and his company. This allowed him and crew to do some planning as well as meet some of the companies we had warranties with so they would transfer to him. Communication with [name] was fantastic throughout the process (couple weeks) either by phone, email or text. We had no hesitation or doubts along the way. "I called [name] and he actually answered the phone (a lot of the other companies used a call service). The next day [name] came over and took a look my parent's house and got all of the info we needed. He also was super knowledgeable and answered all the questions my family and I had. Later that day he called and gave us an offer on the house. It was a very reasonable offer considering all of the work we would have to do in order to get the house ready for the market and home inspections. Not only did they not need to do an home inspection, they also said whatever stuff we didn't want to keep, we could leave it in the house. They would donate stuff that was usable and throw out anything that wasn't. This was a huge weight off my family's shoulders as we didn't know what to do with 41 years of stuff."
